Consumer Direct Care Network New Mexico helps adults with disabilities and older adults find the supports they need to improve their daily lives. We provide supports that are flexible, responsive and controlled by you, the member.

We provide community benefits through the Self-Directed Community Benefit (SDCB) program. This means you are in charge of directing your own home and community-based services.

Self-directed services put you in charge of your care. You choose what goods and services you need based on the Comprehensive Needs Assessment (CAN) provided by your Managed Care Organization (MCO). You hire, train, and manage your employees and work with a Financial Management Agent (FMA) for hiring paperwork, payroll tax processing, and paying your employees.
